Angel Chen is the Strategy Chief at DrawHistory, a social impact brand agency that works to amplify the impact of social good organisations around the world. The consultancy has recently helped launch 250 nonprofit internships, kick-started the first West Australian social impact co-working space and raised $100,000 for asylum seekers and refugees.
Angel is also extremely passionate in working on solutions that empower women to reach their full potential. Being a State University Coordinator for World Vision Youth, Funding and Partnerships Officer for United Nations Association for Australia’s Women Committee and a National Committee Member of UN Women, she is always excited to rally around programs that harness the power of organisations to create a positive impact in society.
Angel holds a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce (First Class Honours) from The University of Western Australia, and her dissertation on gender bias is due for publication early next year. She is currently undertaking a distance-learning program from Harvard Extension School and is a Fellow of the HIVE Global Leaders Program.
